Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds
All subscription fees paid to use the Crooh platform are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, plan downgrades, or unused periods.
This policy applies to monthly and annual subscriptions, add-on services, and any other paid features unless otherwise required by applicable law.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time via the billing or account settings. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your account and data until the billing period concludes.
After cancellation takes effect, your subscription will not renew and you will not be billed further. You may request a data export prior to the end of the period.
3. Legal Requirements
Where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection laws, we will comply with those obligations. Any such refund will be processed in accordance with the law and our billing provider's procedures.
4. Service Availability & Downtime
We strive to provide reliable service; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Please refer to our Terms of Service for limitations of liability and service availability provisions.
